All are being renamed Needler's, with one being called Chief Supermarket. Needler's???? Can anyone tell me where they got that name?

On edit: OK, I re-read the article and see where they got the name. I guess the bigger question is why they think that name will appeal to shoppers?

I don't find it any less appealing than Kroger, Remke, or Butera, the latter being nicknamed "Buterrible" for the conditions of their stores in the 1970's.

The only one of those three I find as bad as Needler's is Butera. To each his/her own, I guess. What kind of ads will these rebranded Marsh locations have? "Come to Needler's! Our friendly emloyees will hurl Don Rickles-type insults at you while you shop!"
