Tom Thumb groundbreaking at the Union in Dallas
Earlier today, RED Development broke ground on the Union, a new 22-story office and apartment development straddling the edge of Uptown and Victory Park in Dallas. At the base of this new development will be the first new-build Tom Thumb since the Albertsons takeover. This store will likely be a goldmine, as it is the only traditional grocer in the west side of Uptown, and is also located near the new apartments/condos being developed around Victory Park.
