It appears this lot is the subject of some redevelopment plans where a lot of apartments will be built on the lot along with less retail. The site is currently a large old strip with CVS, Big Lots, and FoodsCo. The FoodsCo is an old QFI (don't think it ever was branded as Cala or Bell) and very small.
CVS will be included in the new apartment site plan but Big Lots and FoodsCo are being excluded. Too downmarket for bay area development, I guess.
