They do make beef-only halal pepperoni.

Both of the Asian stalls sell pork products.

That could be or there are multiple types of pizza sold at the pizza stall. There are conventional grocery stores that sell kosher and conventional products, such as sushi, out of separate cases. As long as they are prepared, handled, and sold separately using different utensils they are fine.
Can they cook the foods with pork in the same oven that they cook the Halal foods?

They have enough food stations there, they could potentially have Halal and non-Halal stations offering the same general items.

"My Halal Kitchen" by Yvonne Maffei answers that question like this:

Q: "Must someone following halal use special equipment or prepare equipment for cooking in a special way? Can someone who follows halal use dishes, pots, pans, etc. from a kitchen that also prepares non-halal food?

A: There are no special pots, pans, utensils or cooking equipment required for use in a halal kitchen. Anyone desiring to make halal food in a kitchen in which he/she is unaware of what was cooked in those pots is simply advised to clean the utensils and equipment thoroughly before use."

Crescents of Brisbane, a community-based, not-for-profit organization among Muslims in Queensland has this information on their website:

"What precautions must I take during the food preparation?
  • All utensils, crockery, glass, serving dishes and food preparation surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned before use.
  • Halal meat should be purchased from an authorised Halal butcher.
  • Ensure that the ordering of Halal and non-Halal meat is done separately.
  • A separate surface work area, chopping board and knife should be used for HALAL MEAT AND PRODUCTS ONLY and should be thoroughly cleaned before use.
  • Make sure you can tell between the Halal meat and the non-Halal by labelling them or by putting on different toppings etc.…
  • Never cook Halal and non-Halal meat in the same container.
  • If possible, cook Halal meat in a separate oven to non-Halal.
  • If separate ovens aren’t available, Halal meat should be cooked in a separate container to non-Halal, and the Halal meat should be on the upper shelf with the non-Halal on the lower shelf to avoid contamination.

The Atlas Market in Poway has closed. It will be redeveloped into a new supermarket with an exterior remodel to replace the 32-year old Lucky/Albertsons facade.
The article says that the store will do delivery, so that's one clue there. Vons/Albertsons will likely return to Poway.

Looks like the new Sprouts facade to me.

Highly doubt it is Vons/Albertsons. They don't go "unnamed" in this type of instance.

Forget the above- looks like Amazon Fresh to me. Has a spot for the green fixture above the door, but not green in the Poway drawing. Single door entry is also a giveaway. Also same windows.

Suspect Atlas Market did not fail but rather got an offer they couldn't refuse.
