I would absolutely agree that Save Mart has made some significant improvements to their operation since 2017...
But I do wonder how selling off 41 store properties, 2 distribution center properties, and the corporate headquarters, and now having to pay rent on all of that which they previously were not paying rent on, is going to impact them going forward.

I wonder if Save Mart was experiencing a cash crunch. That's not a good sign. I hope they aren't planning to sell to private equity or something.
