I think this store had performance issues for many, many years, dating back to its days as Lucky. It didn't really get the standard mid to late 1990's Lucky Store remodel. It had the wall job, but not the usual work to the floors/refrigeration (it still has coffin freezers even now). It looks like it was awkwardly expanded from being a small Lucky Gable in the 70's or 80's to include a pharmacy but it was still a very small store with a small parking lot.
