I was in Vancouver today, and stopped in this store which is a mid-90s build, originally a blue-gray interior.
This was somewhat of a "light" remodel. The whole store was repainted on the outside. On the inside, it has the latest Supervalu interior with the white walls, and the ceiling was also repainted. A few new signs were up, and about the only major change I noticed was that the non-grocery aisles were rearranged so that they ran the same direction as the main grocery aisles. The overhead lights still run in a different direction than the grocery aisles as they were originally. However, they did at least reinstall the tubes which were missing which makes it bright again. Very little else is different. Even the floor tiles remain from the blue-gray package.
Overall, it looks up to date, but in my opinion, the lights should have been rearranged with the aisles so they at least formed continuous strips across the store. It is not as thorough as Albertsons remodels of the past though where they usually replaced the floor tiles. The store was not very busy either.
