Wow, that's a store time has forgot. Approximately how old would that interior be?

If you can get past the cheap signage and the party store style floor, the guts of the store look modern enough. A cheap wall job and some strategic work on the floor to remove the various arcade colored tiles could produce a very different looking store at what I think would be minimal cost.
