From what I read, it's not really a grocery store at all, it's a place to pick up groceries, basically curb-side pick-up which is what other stores have already done (H-E-B, Kroger, likely others), except lacking the actual functioning "grocery store" part (maybe a small convenience store with impulse buys at best).
