Kroger sells Digital Coupon Unit, with long term forward contract

I see Kroger has sold its Digital Coupon unit off to Inmar. I guess this is the "You Technology" division that is based out in San Francisco area.
I am surprised to see them selling off anything related to their "digital efforts."
I thought they were going to sell Turkey Hill brand/dairy. I wonder what happened to that effort? Maybe EG Group discontinuing most Turkey Hill products from the old Kroger c-stores hurt the brand's sales last year so the numbers were not good for setting up a sale.
