There's a Walgreens Pharmacy in Laramie, Wyoming that as of last time I drove through was still branded the same.

The outside has actually always just said Walgreens in really boring white letters, but the inside was actually using the logo.

This is a standard pharmacy-only location in a medical clinic operated by some kind of subsidiary of Walgreens. It is very much "off the grid" - does not come up if you search their store locator at the website.

Take Care is was a specialty company owned by Walgreens.

Sold / merged with another company in 2014. Sounds like there is still an agreement for Walgreens to provide pharmacy.
