Retailers closing stores fall into the same category indeed. Rite Aid, Macy's, and Southeastern Grocers are on the same boat.

Plenti program sucks. There are no Exxon or Mobil stations within 100 miles of us. Maybe they should continue to offer fuel perks for underserved markets. I actually used that program and it did entice me to shop at their Harvey's and bilo stores. We have no incentive to shop there now.

They have redone the program now (Which requires a new card) and have added Shell back to it. The Exxon rewards were pointless here because there are so few stations and they were already more expensive than Shell anyway.

Shell does not have many locations in South Carolina, and have high prices.
BI-LO is in a position of weakness. It has fewer stores. Its competitors, Ingle's and Walmart, have fuel at its stores.
