It also appears both versions of the Shurfine brand have been killed off and rebranded to Food Club.
Topco (Shurfine International) version: was distributed by AG Baton Rouge, Certco Inc, Piggly Wiggly Midwest, etc.
Western Family version: was distributed by Affiliated Foods Amarillo, AFS, AG New England, Unified, etc.

Re: Western Family being replaced by Food Club at Associated Food Stores??
While I was disappointed to see Western Family go, I think the replacement to Food Club has gone just fine.
Food Club has attractive labels, a larger product mix, is faster on new items, and has remained at competitive price points.
Never saw Shur Fine at AFS or Unified. However, Western Family showed up on drug categories in lieu of Shur Fine at all of Unified (including SoCal where Springfield had been kept), Affiliated Amarillo and AG New England before Western Family shut down its drug procurement division.
