According to this article, locations will continue to increase through 2017. One thing of note, this location has many of the new Kroger touches but no beer/wine bar, probably due to the difficulties with alcohol service in Utah.
Smith's Opens New Smith's Marketplace in Kaysville
Kaysville is in Davis County, south of Ogden north of Bountiful, the only Smith's Marketplace north of Salt Lake after the Smith's-Fred Meyer merger in Utah.
Here is a second report from the weekly paper for Davis County, which mistakenly reports Murray's Cheese as Murphy's.

Re: Smith's Marketplace expanding
I think there is still the Smiths Marketplace in Logan?
These new Smiths Marketplaces seem to be sort of confused. The new stores follow the Kroger Marketplace model (limited non food) and run a different weekly ad than the Smiths Marketplaces that used to be Fred Meyer (which are straight full line Fred Meyer Stores with Smiths grocery program). I am disappointed to see them using the watered down Kroger Marketplace model on these new Smiths Marketplace locations but it is better than no new stores at all which is what had been going on in Utah for the past decade... that along with the almost disappearance of Albertsons in Utah really allowed Harmons to make a lot of inroads...
