I ordered the buy one get one free chicken sandwich on their app with the code bogosammy. However, the wait time was 52 to 57 minutes. I was shocked.
I had nothing else to do but walk around the empty Kohl's next door for an hour on a Friday evening. There were only a handful of customers and some were there only for Amazon returns.
When went into the restaurant, my order still was not done. There were no customers waiting. I had to wait 5 minutes.
Does Wingstop not make your order until you get there? Do the employees purposely make the wait time an hour so that you cancel your app order and order in person where there is no wait?
I almost went to another restaurant since the wait time seemed so long.
