I'm surprised it's even 33K looking at the pictures that have made it out, this is a very small store. The specialty departments look nice, but move past them and the unfinished walls, floor and wildly busy unpainted ceiling give this all the ambiance of an underground parking structure. I'd rather we go back to drop ceilings versus this new trend of very ugly open ceilings with all service runs above (water hot, water cold, sewer, refrigeration lines, electricity, network lines, ductwork, RTUs, literally everything hanging above the customer in a manner even Costco wouldn't consider).
