There are probably bakeries, restaurants and cafes in your town that sell Costco muffins individually. They just won't tell you where they got them.

Tons of independent coffee shops sell them... they'll tell you...

I don't like how they often wrap them in a ton of plastic wrap. It suffocates the muffin. I know it helps the shelf life...
