Target also has a new enhanced food private label. It is called:

Good & Gather SIGNATURE.

So far I only saw this on shredded cheese. It appears to be a repackage of the old shredded cheese but the "thicker cut" versions are getting this SIGNATURE designation.

That's not new, they've given some Good & Gather products the Signature branding since shortly after launching Good & Gather. Primarily found in coffee, cheese, pasta, pasta sauces, and hors d'oeuvres. Comparable to, but not as extensive as, Aldi's Specially Selected product line.
