They haven't used the 'Marketplace' name or that interior in a long time so it doesn't look like they've invested much capital and it's probably been a dog for a long time.
It's going to become an Orchard Supply Hardware so probably another store coming off lease that just isn't worth renewing.

It is just like the stores they built in NorCal except it has a cement floor. It also has self checkout. I think it may have also had a Kitchen Place department.
I recall going into this store a few years ago and finding it not very busy.
Also note it kept its Coffee Bean kiosk rather than having it replaced by Starbucks.
Seems like a store that was stuck in time but was not losing "features" despite their clear lack of interest in it. OSH must be more interested in the building...
