Kroger has also signifcantly increased the prices on its sparkling waters. They remain in 12 packs for now, but are $4.49. For many years these were about $3.50 and would go on sale for $2.99 often.

I haven't had any Kroger Seltzer in years, at Smiths it went up to 3.99 and never goes on sale for any meaningful sale.

Some of their Simple Truth Organic Flavors are quite good. Not sure how you get Organic Water. Still trying to figure that out.

According to the FDA, water cannot be organic because it does not contain a carbon molecule. However, the flavoring can be organic.
