It probably is about 5k sqft...just a block or so away from a big CVS on a corner lot with drivethrough etc. Haven't investigated further whether it has a drivethrough or not. Narrow side faces the main street, broad side faces a side street.
Kind of an odd streetscape, where there was the CVS, then a former an A&P that became a dialysis center, then the Walgreens, then a Jewish social service organization, then further down is a gravel and stone landscaping company.
