Chick-fil-A Introduces Fried Cauliflower Sandwich

This is the first plant based sandwich for this chain. They are testing it in 3 markets: Denver, Charleston, South Carolina, and Greensboro, North Carolina starting February 13.
It has the buttered, toasted bun and pickles as their chicken sandwich but with a patty of fried cauliflower.
It is not vegan, or truly vegetarian as it is cooked alongside meat.
Who exactly does it appeal to?
The review says it is actually quite tasty. Who would have thought that Chick-fil-a could make cauliflower taste good?
