They're still signed as the Market House and the Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Café. Yes they have the retro Starbucks logo on a window or two but they're still unique Disney names and themes. Go out of the park into Downtown Disney and there's a oversized Starbucks signed as such. That's the difference. If it was at Six Flags or Cedar Fair owned parks they'd just have big Starbucks signs inside the park.
