They have already posted online a bit surveying folks to see what they'd like brought back into the Veggie Grill menu. VG is now back to around 15 stores, mostly along the western side of the country.

They had a couple of these in Seattle when I used to work there. I recall that most of the menu seemed to be "fake meat" dishes, and there was really nothing on there that would appeal to anyone who wasn't eating a vegetarian diet when other non vegetarian options existed in the area (although one of the locations was in South Lake Union near Amazon campus which was severely lacking in food options that were not overpriced hipster bait, so maybe people got desperate.)
