Shari's breakfast special (April/May '24)

This is available 7 day a week, any time the restaurant is open.
By my house, the local Shari's has hung a banner at the intersection:
$5.99 for 2 eggs any style, 2 strips of bacon, 2 pancakes

In this area, that is probably the lowest priced meal around, and below that of many local "quick service" franchises. In the past, I sometimes order the 'smaller portions' menu 1 egg combo at this chain as it was also a great bargain at under $10.

I guess we'll see if this brings in any more traffic.

They did the same promotion last year at Coco's -- but you had to request it, and it was promoted only on their website and e-mail. Looks like they're not doing it this year at Coco's.

Yes I do not see cocos doing it even though they own it.
Also I have noticed that cocos Facebook page has not been updated since the new year.

The last few time I have eaten at Shari's, things seemed to be a bit "off" Everything from mediocre food & service, to things such as burned out and/or mismatched colored light bulbs over tables (which I presume are either LED or CFL) as well as landscaping and exteriors being neglected. Prices also seemed high with a more limited menu than in the past.

COVID did not help this chain, it seems like it just has not recovered.
