Rite Aid- Olivehurst, CA

Olivehurst is right below Marysville, and is really not a very nice place. I'm sure the land was very low cost. By the same token, it is underserved though there are stores including a Wal Mart Supercenter and a Food Maxx a few minutes up the highway in Linda (Marysville). There is no retail in this town beyond a Tower Mart and a couple other gas stations. There was a Holiday in this town, but it was sold in 2002 or so and went through a few operators before ultimately closing.

I believe CVS is also building in Olivehurst, and it is a site they took, not a Longs site.

The store looks quite nice. I like this decor better than Walgreens or CVS. Rite Aid seems to build stores that are a little larger than CVS.
