Albertsons, Broadway Ave, Boise, Idaho

Did not get a chance to go inside, but we drove by the outside of this store last Saturday on the last day of vacation, heading back to Washington. Three things caught my attention. I noticed to the west that an area has been cleared out and there were a few stacks of pipes. I also noticed that much of the strip mall this store is located in is now empty. And, the "Broadway Market" road sign has been replaced with a conventional Albertsons/Sav-On sign. Knowing that many houses were moved to make way for the 1980s addition & renovation to this store & strip mall (which I watched since I lived nearby), I am wondering if Albertsons is planning to build a new store here. I don't know the exact year the store opened, I am guessing the 1960s, but I believe that it is currently the oldest still-operating Albertsons in Boise.
