ACME to open in former Genuardis in Barnegat, NJ

I'm curious if Safeweay still held the lease on this property and decided now that Albertsons / Safeway is one company, to give it another go.
Safeway did in fact own it, based on the language used in the real estate page (Safeway being the "seller", and the fact that it was advertised as a supermarket anchor, if Safeway wanted to lease it out, they wouldn't advertise it being grocery).
