I've officially got an apartment secured in Canberra, Australia. I'm leaving the U.S. on January 17th. It's been a long time trying to get there, and it's crazy to think it's actually happening now.

I visited ClownLoach 's favorite Vons yesterday, the tiny Chapman & Easter store. I remember posting about the 'lifestyle on the cheap' interior when I moved here 11 years ago, and I agree the most recent remodel is an improvement (even including some historical photos of the area on the walls)....
