Re: Brookshire Grocery to open 51st Super 1 Foods store
Nice looking store. It is refreshing to see a "value-oriented" "budget-friendly" store that looks inviting. All too often, they look like dives.

Re: 🛒 Kroger-Albertsons Merger: California Impact

Re: CA Senate Bill 478- "Junk fees" bill
...They can get really creative. I expect "to go" fees to become more common in restaurants. In reality they should give you a "to go" discount since you aren't using their space/labor.. like other countries... but whatever. Perhaps hotels can start with "extra person"...

Re: rue21 filing for bankruptcy, closing all stores

...What they are great at is merchandising and making a plain space into something great where the product tells the story. Beautifully merchandised produce, ample displays of meat and prepared foods, superb impression of freshness, everything is impactful and intentional. I don't think they spend ...

Re: Downtown Scottsdale Fry's to become a Whole Foods
The Phoenix Business Journal ran a story about the closure. This quote from the owner of the shopping center says everything you need to know about this and 75% of the other Fry's stores in Phoenix that were built longer than five-ish years ago: "Discussions already in motion to recruit Whole F...
