It appears that Walmart is feeling pressure in all aspects of it's business. I think there will be more closings and they will dribble out as they have--a few here, a few there, quietly with a few weeks between announcements. They've opened a couple in the Atlanta area. They may think this makes them more comeptitive with Walmart (which has almost as much market share as they do there).

It's more than just getting out of malls (a lot of those stores will be Champs locations). It's a small store in secondary shopping area, originally built for Strouss' which was the local May chain. I'm surprised it didn't close long ago.
