Re: Raleys converting Reno Store to ONE Market Format
Technically that's not even a 2.5 star average, since it carried over before the change.

Re: Raleys converting Reno Store to ONE Market Format
2 weeks in, the Yelp reviews(including the ones that aren't recommended) are 36-0 in terms of negative to positive. The "best" one of those is a 3 star one that is lukewarm at best. Colossal failure all around.

Re: Raleys converting Reno Store to ONE Market Format
Was checking the latest round of negative reviews for this store that have been posted over the past few days. https://www.yelp.com/biz/raleys-o-n-e-market-reno?sort_by=date_desc 5 new 1 star reviews on Yelp yesterday and today. That's crazy. Not a single review above 1 star since March 26th. No re...

Re: Raleys converting Reno Store to ONE Market Format
https://www.yelp.com/biz/raleys-o-n-e-market-reno Yep, similar to the El Dorado one, the reviews have panned it so far(the reviews for that one are 3 of 18 positive). Maybe they should've focused on building new stores with this concept, and not changing established ones. It's like in baseball, Rale...

Re: Raleys converting El Dorado Hills Store to Raleys O-N-E Market next month
https://www.yelp.com/biz/raleys-o-n-e-market-el-dorado-hills This is the yelp page for the store(carried over when it was Raley's). The 5 most recent reviews all pan it, saying they will go somewhere else to buy groceries. Not the brightest idea to change a store that had been in the community for 4...

Re: Krispy Kreme
The Reno one that closed 10+ years ago was run by a Las Vegas-based franchisee, toward the end it was dirty and staffed poorly but the product was good if you went to the location and got it. If you tried them in the gas station freshness was a big issue. Also most of the Krispy Kremes in Northern ...

Re: Starbucks in malls?
Come to think of it, Starbucks does seem to be gravitating more toward drive thru locations then not. Ones with a drive thru take in 50% more in sales then ones that do not. One store at Town and County Village in Sacramento, without a drive thru, opened in 1994, and was the first one in the Sacrame...

Starbucks in malls?
Recently Starbucks at separate malls have closed near me. Last month Starbucks closed one of its 2 inside the Roseville Galleria. (Actually the one that closed is on the outside in the main promenade, the one near Macys inside is still open). Both opened around 2011-12, around the full reopening aft...

Re: Vancouver Mall to remodel
Round1 is not doing well at all. They had to close most of their mall locations in California months ago. They are probably nearing bankruptcy. The one at Sunvalley Mall used to be open until 2 AM. Round1 really brought in a tremendous amount of traffic to this mall. It was the main attraction as t...
