Starbucks transitioning to grab and go locations?
A week ago, I visited the Starbucks on Sunrise in Rancho Cordova near Costco. There was a sheet on the door saying it was going to get a renovation 1/7. I went again today and sheet was updated to say that there will be no indoor seating or a patio for seating, just grab and go. Seems weird they are...

Re: Pilot/Dairy Queen
Yeah in Quartzite, Arizona, just east of the CA border, the Pilot had a Dairy Queen for a pretty long time, but it changed within the past year to a Taco Bell.

Re: Raleys to partner with Starbucks
Yeah, one Starbucks in Macy's that I have been to is the Macys at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa(Orange County). Has mobile ordering so it works for stars, etc. Looked at it on the map and it is still there(I went in 2015).

Re: Raleys to partner with Starbucks
The Bel Air up the street from me just got a renovation last year, and currently serves Drink! from Incline Village, so I can't see them changing anytime soon(plus a Starbucks across the street). I could definitely see the Raley's a mile east changing to Starbucks(especially being in a fairly afflue...

Raleys to partner with Starbucks
Raleys announced today that they will now have Starbucks in some of their locations. Looks like they will convert Incline Village and Natomas soon(and also Gold River). The main Starbucks in Incline Village gets very crowded so it makes sense that they would want another one. https://www.bizjournals...

Re: Boston Market
Looks like the Fair Oaks Blvd one is finally closed, and according to the Business Journal, Starbucks wants to move into it with the drive thru. It will probably move from the University Village a couple of blocks away. This was a Carls Jr 25+ years ago also. Is it closed? It still accepts online o...

Re: Why is (U.S.) Burger King so terrible?
Burger King has definitely closed several restaurants in the Sacramento area in recent years. Arden and Fair Oaks closed in 2013, which was torn down completely and became McDonalds a couple of years later. More recently, in 2018 or so, the one across the street from Town and Country Village closed,...

Re: Raley’s closing South Lake Tahoe (Village) location
Just saw on the news here in Sacramento that a Target will replace it. It hasn't opened since the roof caved in.
I know not on topic, but I wonder what will happen to the old Kmart in Emerald Bay?
