Small format banner may have been Pavilions Place. But there seems to be confusion as the shopping center with Pavilions in Westminster was called Pavilions Place.
I think the back of an old Vons card states the name of this smaller format.

Re: Pavilions - Pasadena, CA
This store previously had a different add on banner. There was a specific banner for smaller Pavilions. Like Pavilions Express. But it wasn't that specifically. I don't remember what it was.

Re: 99 CENT ONLY closing
Supposedly another block of stores is closing Sunday May 12. Does anyone know where there is a list of stores and their target closing dates?
I can't find any list.

Re: 99 CENT ONLY closing
I've started to carry more cash around due to all the credit card surcharging businesses I encounter now... didn't used to carry any and hate using cash. It is really bad in NV and parts of CA primarily around larger cities with independent restaurants. Don't notice much of it elsewhere yet. I noti...

Re: CA Senate Bill 478- "Junk fees" bill
I thought you were referring to credit card fees (surcharges). The clause you cited applies to setting a minimum purchase amount of up to $10. While you're technically correct, I haven't seen a minimum charge to use a credit card in years. This really isn't necessary now that surcharging is possibl...

Re: 🛒 Kroger-Albertsons Merger: National Impact
At some point someone blinks. I don't think they have until November. They need to move on. This can't stay tied up forever. The two companies can't stay in limbo forever. Let's see how earnings/profits with both companies are in the coming 3 months. I think the opportunity for someone to "blin...

They're too close together though. I never realized how close. They're direct true overlaps and can't both be kept. Something odd about the Midway remodel like I said, maybe serious roof issue or something where they had to repair damage and that justified the "remodel" and "grand re...

Re: New Albertsons Interior Southern California
Never seen this interior before but see a lot of elements of the Florida decor mixed into it notably the font of some of the secondary signage. I'd eliminate the heavy emphasis on the word "neighbor" (reminds me too much of Fresh & Easy or Ikea or something foreign) and other than that...

Re: Guam Donki now open
Yes, same group. I expect someone else will get the Kmart location and Target seems like a logical choice. Wal Mart is probably a better fit but they must not know how to handle Guam logistics. Also I think the building would need to be demolished for them, but Target has demonstrated an ability to ...

Re: Target Paid Membership Program?
Every plant I have ever bought at HD was diseased. I had to return every single one. Every time I want to give them a chance again the same thing happens. :x :x :x :x :x Makes perfect sense. Stressed plants are like stressed people, they are more subject to diseases. Home Depot's nursery program ha...
