Re: Guam Donki now open

Yes, same group. I expect someone else will get the Kmart location and Target seems like a logical choice. Wal Mart is probably a better fit but they must not know how to handle Guam logistics. Also I think the building would need to be demolished for them, but Target has demonstrated an ability to...

Re: Target Paid Membership Program?

The other difficulty is in some cases these independent nurseries are not open very convenient hours for the "casual" customer who wants to buy plants in the evening or on a Sunday. Grocery Outlet has 2 stores that go heavy on nursery in my area blocking off part of the parking lot. Last y...

Re: New Albertsons Interior Southern California

That blue paint is a thing they do in random spots of stores with the Florida interior too, on new builds. In the case of the new Safeway builds in NorCal instead of blue paint they go with a bright red paint.

Re: Denny's All Day Diner Deals $5.99

Some are 24 hours.

I ordered a value slam at a Dennys last year to go. It was a good value for what I received, but I never did go back. I wouldn't be opposed to going back if it was convenient.

Re: CA Senate Bill 478- "Junk fees" bill

I sure wish more restaurants customers would walk if they find out there is a fee. But most just seem to accept it. Maybe it is not true.
It is definitely true. Just not clear how many stores.

My guess is they want to do another round of lease rejections effective May 15.

Re: Pavilions - Pasadena, CA

Small format banner may have been Pavilions Place. But there seems to be confusion as the shopping center with Pavilions in Westminster was called Pavilions Place.

I think the back of an old Vons card states the name of this smaller format.

Re: Pavilions - Pasadena, CA

This store previously had a different add on banner. There was a specific banner for smaller Pavilions. Like Pavilions Express. But it wasn't that specifically. I don't remember what it was.

Re: 99 CENT ONLY closing

Supposedly another block of stores is closing Sunday May 12. Does anyone know where there is a list of stores and their target closing dates?

I can't find any list.
