What adds to the troubles for the kiosks is that they don't have a national penetration with them (I haven't seen a Blcobuster kiosk up my way in Michigan. However we have Redbox which is equally popular and those are owned by franchisees.

This store is going to go in front of a Best Buy on what would normally be considered an outparcel, but really the strip it'll be in is configured to be double layered.

Give it 5 years and it'll be there... If they don't do something about it soon it'll be like the hotel in the city that sat vacant and had a mattress fire and algae growing in the swimming pool. This thing closed in 1984 and is just now being torn down. I WOULD hold my breath on this center.
