Re: Jack In The Box To Expand To Florida & Arkansas
The popcorn chicken box is the size of your hand. It was not tiny, but not that big either.

Re: Chick-fil-a Data Breach
My local Northern California Chick-fil-a is just too busy. The drive thru line overflows onto the street. I have not visited in years, but the wait time for food looks like it would be an hour.
Who has time to wait that long? Your lunch hour would be over by then.

Re: Jack In The Box To Expand To Florida & Arkansas
I noticed the Jack In The Box app has some more deals now again. They are mediocre deals such as a sandwich for $5 or a shake for $3. Jack In The Box lured customers in about 4 or 5 years ago with free items via the app. Now the free items are gone. When you have fewer deals, you don't get as many v...

Re: A deeper look into dollar stores....
I visited Dollar Tree yesterday and it seems like many items have shrunk compared to a few years ago. They used to sell big bags of chips, but now it is mostly snack size bags for $1.25. The brand name sodas such as Pepsi and Fanta seem to be in taller than normal plastic bottles or cans. They are n...

Redbox and Video Stores
I have been getting tons of text offers from Redbox for $1.25 off DVD rentals at their kiosks. I have not rented dvd in years. Do people still use these Redbox machines? The business seems like it is dying. Redbox has even disappeared from many Walmart and 7-Eleven stores. I don't even know if Redbo...

Re: Subway to build EV charging "oasis" locations
With the Inflation Reduction Act, businesses get a tax credit of $100,000 per electric car charger. Subway is simply doing this to get money. Whether or not it will bring in tons of customers is questionable, but Subway should make money on this. Electric car charger construction has exploded becaus...

Re: Weight Watchers Closing Many Studio Locations
These places were in many strip malls, so the rent should not have been so high. These places should be profitable for the company.

Re: Walgreens Closures Continue in San Francisco
Of course some pharmacies may violate their own company's food policy. There are some pharmacy chains where food is allowed only for the pharmacist if the pharmacist cannot leave the pharmacy for a break room. CVS considers the entire drugstore to be a pharmacy so the pharmacist can go to a break ro...

Re: Walgreens Closures Continue in San Francisco
The prescription pharmacy is designed to be totally rodent free. There are no spaces for rodents to enter. There are no gaps in the floor or under doors. They do not allow food, the prescription drug areas are totally clean, dust free, organized, and neat. There are cameras recording every angle and...

Ulta Is Beating Expectations Unlike Sephora
Ulta is showing very good earnings and is opening more stores. Sephora is not. Ulta's partnership with Target seems to have been a good fit. Ulta has a range of price points including affordable prices at Target unlike Sephora's outrageously high prices. https://chainstoreage.com/ulta-delivers-knock...
