Re: Kroger and Employee Uniforms

It probably also has something to do with general labor shortages. A lot of the major retailers are having trouble finding and keeping employees, so relaxing dress codes is probably preferable to operating short-staffed.

Re: Jack In The Box major remodel

A couple of In N Out locations come to mind: The Bristol Street location in Santa Ana which has a single drive-thru lane and a walk-up counter with some outdoor patio seating, and the Lambert Street location with a walk-up counter, two drive-thru lanes and a patio. Re: Jack In The Box major remodel

I know the Broadway Jack in the Box in Everett (which also appears to have been a fairly old location) got remodeled recently, but I rarely if ever eat there so I don't know what it looks like inside. I also know that a couple of Jack in the Box locations in Bellevue (the Downtown one and the Overla...

I assume someone at corporate cracked down and they had to bring the pricing back in line with the corporate standard. The price is still higher at the Seatt...

Re: Albertsons to bring self-checkout to all stores

I've never had a problem with any of the checkers at Winco here. That said, it seems like most of the time when I'm there they have 7-8 open checkstands and every one has a line at least 2-3 full carts deep. The self checkout is basically mandatory for any purchase that fits into the "About 15 items...
