H Mart Opening in Dublin, California
The NewvJersey based Korean supermarket is going to open a 37,180 square foot store in Dublin, California. The space was previously occupied by an ACE Hardware with a garden center. This shopping center already has Ross, Marshall's, DSW, Half Price Books, Michael's, and Burger King. The loss of ACE ...

Gamestop
Gamestop is seeing a big sales drop and it is losing money at a faster rate. They have focused on selling collectibles. They are selling toys, pop culture items, and they are going into crypto exchange.

Re: another lighting disaster coming to portland safeway stores
Safeway must be getting some kind of incentive to replace the lighting with energy saving fixtures. The run down Pak N Save in San Leandro received new LED tubes, but everything else was the same. I have seen several Safeway parking lots with LED lights that dim when they sense no motion. When you w...

Red Lobster
Red Lobster is bringing back Endless Shrimp until November 6, 2022. You start with 2 shrimp dishes and then when you finish, you can order additional shrimp dishes one at a time. You get a choice of a side and unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I wish that there were Red Lobster restaurants closer to m...

Re: Rite Aid closing at least 63 stores
Perhaps there were so few customers that the review count was extremely low. Does the location seem like it is in a bad neighborhood?

Panda Express
Panda Express seems very popular these days. They just rolled out plant based Orange Chicken from Beyond Meat.
The food is okay, but expensive. Their restaurants always seem to have lots of customers.

French Department Store To Open First U.S. Store
Printemps will open its first store in the US in New York. It seems kind of small compared to a Macy's.

Re: Save Mart closing pharmacy
It was a mistake for Save Mart to close their pharmacies. The pharmacies attract customers to shop in the store. Save Mart will lose customers and other chains will gain customers. I suspect that Walmart will probably gain many customers. Costco might gain some customers, but Costco does not accept ...

Re: Walmart Downsizing Stores?
I passed by a local Walmart in the San Francisco Bay Area last night and there was so much clothing on clearance that it was clogging the aisles and taking up much of the Men's department. It seemed like most of it was Women's and Children's clothing. There is way too much clothing. People are not s...

Re: New 7-11
I passed by a former 7-Eleven in Pleasanton, California today. It used to be a new looking store just a couple of years ago. It was clean and looked great. About a year ago it was converted to a Cox Family Store. The entire store has been remodeled and rearranged. However, it seems like the Slurpee ...
