I also think the dirty secret as to why it works so well in those environments is because of the pricing model. As far as new to the market goes, Tractor Supply Co. took over Orscheln, but had to divest half of the stores. As a result, Bomgaars is now operating stores in new markets far away from its old home base in the midwest.

It remains to be seen if they do well.
