Re: Barnes and Noble new stores
The Park City area has only grown over time and is a regional retail center. I suspect they have good zip code data from their (now free) membership program that shows a lot of people were driving down to Sugar House (nearest Salt Lake City major retail stop once down I-80 from Park City/Kimball Jct...

Shari's breakfast special (April/May '24)
This is available 7 day a week, any time the restaurant is open. By my house, the local Shari's has hung a banner at the intersection: $5.99 for 2 eggs any style, 2 strips of bacon, 2 pancakes In this area, that is probably the lowest priced meal around, and below that of many local "quick serv...

Re: Kroger will also sell Haggen banner to C&S
As noted in my "rebrand" thread here https://www.retailwatchers.com/viewtopic.php?t=4365 , Haggen has only 15 locations remaining, 5 of which are in the Bellingham area. In Olympia, I'm sure that C&S would choose to use one or the other brand exclusively. I would think it smarter to re...

Re: 4/20 Food Deals
A small Portland, Ore. based chain that makes excellent chow (I don't think Las Vegas was included in this promotion), offered up a nice looking hamburger for $4.20. They normally focus on other hot sandwiches, but hey, it works. https://www.instagram.com/p/C59AxAnxZOO/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&a...

Decor check - Rite Aid
As noted in the lengthy bankruptcy thread, some stores never get updated but keep going and going.
An Instagram friend posted some photos of the Palouse Mall Rite Aid. It does have RA aisle placards, but the rest is Pay & Save?

Re: Review: King Soopers
They must've changed the entrance/exit setup since I was there. When I was there, you could enter from Chestnut Place directly into the deli/prepared foods area near produce. It felt normal enough. Did you go to any Safeways? What's your opinion? I didn't have a car so no Safeway for me. It's kind ...

Review: King Soopers
Well, I went into the KS near Union Station. I think I'd seen photos online from when it opened, which certainly makes sense for all the tall apartment and condominium buildings nearby. It's about 3 blocks from a Whole Foods that has the same hours, except KS closing one hour later at 10. Overall, i...

Re: Target Circle
I recently skipped a food item purchase as it was already somewhat high priced and I would have been forced to enroll in Circle to get the $1 savings on it. ... though I hate to say it, the Target on the 16th Street Mall (Denver, CO) has been useful. The first trip the food floor was pretty well sto...
