Kroger Dallas: new division president from Safeway

This guy was one of the last Safeway people left at Albertsons in the Division Management level. The Albertsons person took over in NorCal in 2017.
What a curious move.
I guess the current Kroger is a lot more like the old 2000's Safeway... trying to standardize and centralize so much stuff, so maybe this is a good fit.
