Opened late June (about a month ago), here's a few articles:

The store features wider aisles in response to COVID-19 (probably an excuse for less SKUs) and an in-store location of local restaurant Evie May's Barbecue. What I can't find is how much square feet it actually is, all I can find it's "several thousand more square feet" than other United stores, which is still not going to come anywhere close to H-E-B's supersized store built in Lubbock (122k square feet, definitely one of the largest models).

Re: New United Supermarkets in Lubbock
After doing some digging, the store still clocks in at 68k square feet, which isn't small and definitely skews on the higher end of Albertsons/Safeway stores but still pretty shrimpy compared to what H-E-B is building and is even a bit less than some Market Street builds.
