Not a new store, but replacement of an existing store in this location (which was one of the older QFC Stores still around and may have been the last holdout on QFC's pre-Kroger decor, having never been remodeled due to the expectation that the store would eventually be replaced.). This article has a video showing some of the features of the Kirkland Urban (formerly Kirkland Parkplace) QFC, which recently opened for business:

Suzy slipped in one ref to "The Q" but at least the store overall is QFC branding.
Getting in Tutta Bella and figuring out how to execute the fresh cookies are definitely two steps up from a typical Kroger (family of stores) deli.

It's interesting to see some of the 'Main and Vine' concepts being reused in this store.

This looks really good. Great effort and a nice perimeter. Similar to the newer Marketplace Stores opened by Smiths and Frys in 2017-2018, which were also really really good. It is too bad Kroger can't stick to investing in building up its stores. They are a great store operator and can put out a good store... instead the money is being siphoned to the online money pit and they don't have much to show for it.

I think Lacey QFC still has the old interior. But it has updated aisle hangers and self checkout now.
