Former Kmart. Sits right between Sherm's Thunderbird and an Albertsons... Wal Mart Supercenter two lots over. Fred Meyer down the street...
Will be interesting to see if they approve this. Also interesting Target passed on this Kmart building.
Appears to be a real saturation of grocery stores in this part of Roseburg already. Safeway is nicely protected as the only grocery store on the opposite side of I-5.
