Among the layoffs are 130 in Boise, the former headquarters of Albertsons. I have to wonder though how much longer it will be before Supervalu pulls the plug on some of their Boise locations. They seem to keep those stores in better condition than many in other areas. However, Fred Meyer, Walmart, and WinCo have all been adding new locations, and they all typically are better on price.
