Hancock Fabrics- Liquidating

I see this old Lucky chain is liquidating. Curiously, in the past couple years in my area, they opened one new store and relocated their very long standing other location which was in the same spot for 30-40 years.

I guess the competition from online, Hobby Lobby, and Michaels was finally too much.

It looks like doing the same thing for 40 years no longer has any bearing on continuing in retail.

Lots of old ladies won't have a place to get their patterns any more....
