All restaurants here in FL as well have been ordered as drive thru or delivery only as of this afternoon. Prior to this some were closing every other table or booth (but many I had seen hadn't done that and only removed self serve items from tables.) I have to admit I did eat in two restaurants this week but it was probably not the best idea to do so. The no dine in restrictions probably should have been in place before now honestly.
Tonight while driving to Walmart noticed some restaurants were completely closed such as Ihop. Outback Steakhouse had quite a few cars in the parking lot so not sure what was going on there. Sonnys BBQ had a small amount also. At Mcdonald's saw several cars and people eating at the outside tables. So I am not sure why it didn't seem to be enforced yet.
One Subway here actually does have a walk up pickup window so suppose that could be used for taking orders and handing out food but likely too much of a hassle.
