Proposed In-N-Out @ Harbor/Chapman (Garden Grove, CA)

In 2017, In-N-Out proposed building a new restaurant in Garden Grove, CA, demolishing and replacing the existing Coco's Restaurant. The California Preservation Foundation stepped in, claimed that the Coco's Restaurant -- which was built as a Bob's Big Boy in the 1950s -- was a historic building, and worked with the city to impose heavy restrictions on In-N-Out that would've more-or-less made it keep the existing building. In-N-Out decided to withdraw from the project, but subsequently said it was open to the idea of adding a restaurant there.

Does anybody know of In-N-Out is reconsidering this idea? Part of the community opposition was traffic congestion. In-N-Out agreed to acquire and demolish the neighboring liquor store, and recently the also neighboring standalone Walgreens Pharmacy was closed. If demolished (is anybody really going to be able to repurpose that building?), it should ease concerns of traffic spilling onto the roads.
I see where there's a bid up for construction work on the restaurant, but I don't have a subscription to the site to determine its age:

If built, the restaurant would be the closest to Disneyland, less than two miles south of its main gate off Harbor Blvd. In-N-Out built another location just over two miles away at Ball/State College, but it's not a pedestrian friendly walk, and is outside the traditional hotel zone.
