The son of the founder of Round Table Pizza still owns the first Round Table Pizza. He will not sell it, even though someone offered him $21 million for the real estate. The restaurant loses money, but he keeps it open as a tribute to his father.
There is a suit of armor and a sword in a stone among other items at the restaurant.

Re: The Original Round Table Pizza
The reality is the longer they sit on the real estate, the more it will be worth.
Hopefully it stays open for decades to come.
